There’s A Lot Riding On Us
The primary goal of the PMC is to gather donations for cancer research and care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Every dollar raised by riders is allocated entirely to Dana-Farber's cause.

The Ride
During August 2nd and 3rd, 2025, participants from across the globe will unite under the PMC community's banner to support cancer research and care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. By riding together, we move nearer to a future free of cancer. This is the true purpose of a bicycle.

Your Support Is Critical
Find a cyclist, team, or volunteer, learn their story, and donate to help them achieve their objective. Each year, more than 270,000 backers donate to the PMC, providing 66% of the Jimmy Fund's yearly income. Every dollar raised by cyclists goes entirely to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

PMC 2024
During August 3-4, 2024, 6,800 cyclists, aided by 3,500 volunteers, participated in the 45th Pan-Mass Challenge. Their aim was to raise $75 million for cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Along the way, friends, family, donors, and supporters cheered the riders on, bringing us closer to a future free of cancer, mile by mile.
